Plum Salsa

WITH GO RAW SIMPLY LIME SNACKING SEEDS

Serves 4

Vegan, gluten-free, nut-free

Ingredients

  • 2 plums, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ½ bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • ½ tbsp chives, minced
  • ½ tbsp fresh basil, minced
  • ½ tbsp mint, minced
  • juice of 1 seared lime
  • salt to taste
  • ½ cup Go Raw Simply Lime Snacking Seed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients from plums through salt, mixing until evenly distributed. Plate the salsa and top with the Go Raw Simply Lime Snacking Seeds. Keep in airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
