
Sriracha Hummus
WITH GO RAW ZESTY PIZZA SPROUTED FLAX SNAX
Serves 3-5
Ingredients
- 1 Bag Go Raw Zesty Pizza Sprouted Flax Snax
- 8 oz. dried garbanzo beans
- 1/3 cup tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3-5 tbsp water
- 3-5 tbsp olive oil
- 3-5 tbsp sriracha
Directions
- To prepare the dried beans: Rinse with water, then cover the beans with water by about 2” in a large pot
- Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to low or for about an hour, or until the beans are soft through
- Add all ingredients to food processor or blender, starting with a smaller amounts of sriracha, water, and olive oil, and add more depending on your taste and consistency
- Puree until texture is creamy and smooth. Add additional water or oil as needed
- Garnish with extra sriracha and lemon
