Sriracha Hummus

WITH GO RAW ZESTY PIZZA SPROUTED FLAX SNAX

Serves 3-5

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Go Raw Zesty Pizza Sprouted Flax Snax
  • 8 oz. dried garbanzo beans
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3-5 tbsp water
  • 3-5 tbsp olive oil
  • 3-5 tbsp sriracha

Directions

  1. To prepare the dried beans: Rinse with water, then cover the beans with water by about 2” in a large pot
  2. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to low or for about an hour, or until the beans are soft through
  3. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender, starting with a smaller amounts of sriracha, water, and olive oil, and add more depending on your taste and consistency
  4. Puree until texture is creamy and smooth. Add additional water or oil as needed
  5. Garnish with extra sriracha and lemon
  6. Take Go Raw Zesty Pizza Sprouted Flax Snax to dip
