The bar satisfies my craving for chocolate, and is healthy alternative to a granola bar. It's chocked full of seeds and nuts and is filling. I usually eat in between meals as a snack and it holds me over until meal time.

Great Healthy Snack
I love Go Raw bars, esp the dark chocolate bars. Ever since going vegan finding snacks that taste great and are not highly processed and loaded with added sugars has been very difficuilt. I've recently went mostly raw vegan and these bars are something I can still enjoy without feeling guilty or straying to far from the goal of eating raw. There are only 6 ingredients with the dark cholcoate bar (i think one or two more with the othe flavors) and its minimialy processed. Great source of protein (8grams ), good fiber (3 grams) and again and can't stress this enough min added sugar (1 gram)!! Wish it was more readily available in stores.
