They are super crunchy and taste good! I feel good knowing I’m eating something super healthy, and organic. I never knew there were sprouted seeds available until we started getting your pumpkin seeds at our local BJs. Then I had to order the sunflowers and I sure am glad I did!

In general, these seeds tasted great. I like the crunchiness and the salt flavor, but I prefer the seeds to be unsalted so I can control how much salt to add to the seeds. That is the only reason for the 3 stars...too salty when I wanted to eat more of the the seeds themselves. It would be great if Go Raw offers the sprouted sunflower seeds in the unsalted version. I wouldn't mind buying a case of unsalted, sprouted sunflower seeds.
