Our first priority is to the health, wellness, and happiness of our customers and as such, we will do whatever we can to make things right if you are dissatisfied.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or to your original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.
Perishable items are not eligible for return. However, if you are not happy with your order, please see the Refunds section above.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund within 1-3 business days, please first double check your credit card or bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and have still not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Unfortunately we can only replace items or give you a refund if the product you ordered is defective, damaged, or if you are unhappy with your order. If you would like to discuss a refund or replacement, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
