Shipping policy

At Go Raw, the warehouse team does its best to ship orders within 3-5 business days after your purchase is placed. Currently, our warehouse processes orders in 5-7 business days depending on current demand at the time your order is placed. After processing, orders are then shipped via UPS standard, which means your order is in transit for an additional 3-5 days depending on carrier capacity. If you provided us with your email during your purchase, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order has shipped. We will also advise you when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered. All orders are shipped via UPS without requiring a signature.

Shipping is FREE for all orders of $75 and over. The shipping cost for all other purchases is set at a flat rate of $10. This is a significant savings as handling, packing, and postage fees often exceed this amount. 

We recommend that you purchase all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and as such, shipping fees will apply to each. 

We currently ship to the continental US only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the other U.S. territories.
