This nutritious mix of seeds is delicious as a topping on salads, snacking, and mixing in a stir fry for that added crunch . I also add 2 ounces of the seeds to a smoothie to give it an additional 7 g of protein. I love the fact that these seeds are GF, certified organic, non-GMO, Soy free, and ticks a box for both Keto & Paleo diets. Since my husband & I are on a plant-based diet, the seeds help to boost the protein in shakes & salads. In addition, the seeds add healthy fats to our diets with only 2 g of saturated fat per 2 ounces (1/4 cup) serving.
