- 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup grated zucchini
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- Date syrup, maple syrup, or honey (optional)
- Nut or seed butter (optional)
- Fresh fruit
- Go Raw Sweet Cinnamon Snacking Seeds
- Bring cauliflower and water to boil.
- Add zucchini and oats and reduce heat. Cook until the water is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cacao.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with Go Raw Sweet Cinnamon Seeds and desired toppings.
