Hummus Hand Salads
YIELDS 6 Servings
Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper Sprouted Salad Toppers



  1. Take off all of the leaves of the butter lettuce head and wash and dry them.
  2. In a bowl, combine the kale, carrots, and Hak’s dressing. Toss to fully dress.
  3. Double stack two lettuce leaves to make the “boat” for each hand salad and arrange on a plate or serving platter.
  4. Spread about 2 tablespoons hummus on the bottom of each lettuce boat and top each with ½ cup of kale saw. Top with cherry tomatoes and finish with Go Raw Salad Toppers.
