Mint Hummus with Crudités

WITH GO RAW SPROUTED SUPER SIMPLE SEEDS

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a food processor first process the seeds until you get a crunchy corn meal consistency
  2. Add the other ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until mostly smooth
  3. If needed, add a bit of water until you get the hummus consistency that you like
  4. Cut up your favorite veggies and serve. I used: radishes, red bell peppers, yellow and orange carrots
