Ingredients
- 2 red kiwis (or regular kiwis), peeled and diced
 - 1 medium sized cucumber, diced
 - ½ Asian pear, diced
 - ½ avocado, diced
 - ½ tbsp fresh parsley, roughly chopped
 - ½ tbsp fresh mint, roughly chopped
 - 1 tbsp feta or soft vegan cheese
 - 1 tsp lime zest
 - 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
 - ½ cup Go Raw Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper Salad Toppers
 - Salt & pepper, to taste
 
Dressing
- juice of 1 lime
 - ¼ cup red olive oil
 - 1 clove of garlic, finely minced
 - 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
 - ½ tsp sesame oil
 - Salt & pepper, to taste
 
Directions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
 - Make the dressing. Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake well. Taste and adjust flavors as needed. Pour over salad and enjoy.
