Creamy Sage & Pumpkin Seed Pesto

Vegan, gluten-free, nut-free 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Go Raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
  • ¼ cup garlic chives, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup sage leaves, stems removed
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor.
  2. With the motor still running, drizzle in the olive oil until fully combined.
  3. Taste and adjust flavors to your personal preference. Enjoy on pasta, toast, with veggies, and more. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for three days.
