- 1 cup Go Raw Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
- ½ cup water
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp granulated garlic
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt & pepper
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth, about 1-3 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy with your favorite crudités, crackers, and Go Raw Sprouted Flax Snax. Also delicious as a spread on sandwiches and toast. Stores in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
