Smoky Sunflower Seed Hummus

WITH GO RAW SPROUTED SUNFLOWER SEEDS

Makes about 1 cup

vegan, nut-free, gluten-free

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Go Raw Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp granulated garlic
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth, about 1-3 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Enjoy with your favorite crudités, crackers, and Go Raw Sprouted Flax Snax. Also delicious as a spread on sandwiches and toast. Stores in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
