Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- ¾ cup Go Raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
- ⅓ cup Go Raw Sprouted SunflowerSeeds
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp flax seeds
- 3 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp everything bagel spice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¾ cup water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients from oats to everything bagel spice. Add olive oil, maple syrup, water, and mix well. Form mixture into a ball and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Place ball on a parchment baking sheet and place another piece of parchment paper on top. Using a rolling pin, roll the ball out until the mixture spreads evenly along the baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until uniformly golden brown. Allow to cool completely and then use your hands to break the crackers into pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to four days.
