Sprouted Seed Crackers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients from oats to everything bagel spice. Add olive oil, maple syrup, water, and mix well. Form mixture into a ball and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Place ball on a parchment baking sheet and place another piece of parchment paper on top. Using a rolling pin, roll the ball out until the mixture spreads evenly along the baking pan.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until uniformly golden brown. Allow to cool completely and then use your hands to break the crackers into pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to four days.
