Ingredients
Sunflower “Nutella” Ganache
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup sunflower seed butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp sea salt
Base
- 1 tbsp Sunflower “Nutella” Ganache
- 2 tbsp sunflower seed butter
- ½ cup Go Raw Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¾ cup dates
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Create the Sunflower “Nutella” Ganache. Combine the chocolate chips and sunflower seed butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20 second increments, stirring well between each one, until completely smooth. Then, stir in the maple syrup and sea salt. Set aside.
- To create the base, combine all ingredients in a food processor, processing until a sticky dough forms. Press into an even layer in the parchment lined pan. Then, spread the “Nutella” evenly over top.
- Place in the freezer to set for 1-2 hours. Remove, cut into bite-sized pieces, and enjoy!
