Sunbutter “Nutella” Bites

WITH GO RAW SPROUTED SUNFLOWER SEEDS

vegan, gluten-free, nut-free

Ingredients

Sunflower “Nutella” Ganache
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ tsp sea salt
Base
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower “Nutella” Ganache
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seed butter
  • ½ cup Go Raw Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¾ cup dates
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Create the Sunflower “Nutella” Ganache. Combine the chocolate chips and sunflower seed butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20 second increments, stirring well between each one, until completely smooth. Then, stir in the maple syrup and sea salt. Set aside.
  3. To create the base, combine all ingredients in a food processor, processing until a sticky dough forms. Press into an even layer in the parchment lined pan. Then, spread the “Nutella” evenly over top.
  4. Place in the freezer to set for 1-2 hours. Remove, cut into bite-sized pieces, and enjoy!
