Ingredients
- 3 cups Go Raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Using a food processor, process ingredients until they resemble a coarse meal.
- Pour the mixture out into the tart pan and press it across the bottom and up the sides so it is an even layer. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes on the middle rack.
- Remove from oven and use it in your favorite tart recipe.
