- ¾ cup green lentils, cooked
- ¾ cup of Go Raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tsp curry powder
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour onto a parchment-lined sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, shaking the pan regularly, until golden brown. Cool completely. Enjoy as a snack or a salad topping.
