Fall Slaw with Go Raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds

Fall Slaw

WITH GO RAW SPROUTED PUMPKIN SEEDS

Makes 6 servings

vegan, gluten-free, nut-free

Ingredients

  • ½ cup vegan mayo
  • 1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
  • 1 beet, peeled and shredded
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1 medium head of Napa cabbage, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • ½ cup Go Raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl whisk together vegan mayo and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss to fully coat and mix. Salt & pepper to taste.
