Ingredients
- 1⅓ cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp cup tapioca flour
- ½ cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 3 small bananas
- ½ cup Sprouted Pumpkin Seed Butter
- 2 eggs (flax eggs if making vegan)
- ½ cup pumpkin seed butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp oat milk `
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
- 1 pinch flakey salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the the oat flour, cacao powder, baking powder, baking soda, tapioca flour, and sea salt. Set aside.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, add the bananas and mash well. Add the pumpkin seed butter, eggs or flax eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and oat milk. Mix until well combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Add to a greased 8x6 baking dish and bake for 28-35 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean. Cool completely, cut into bars, and serve.
