Ingredients
Mousse
- 1 13.5oz can coconut milk
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup Go Raw Sprouted Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds
Toppings
- Fresh berries
- Go Raw Sweet Cinnamon Snacking Seeds
- Chocolate shavings
Directions
- In a saucepan, over low heat, whisk together coconut milk and cocoa powder. Once fully incorporated, turn off heat and whisk in chocolate until smooth.
- Add cocoa mixture and remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into one large dish or portion into individual dishes/ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mixture is set.
- Add desired toppings right before serving.
