Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Strawberries & Blueberries

Vegan Chocolate Mousse

WITH GO RAW MIXED SEEDS

Serves 4

vegan, gluten-free

Ingredients

Mousse
  • 1 13.5oz can coconut milk
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Go Raw Sprouted Mixed Seeds

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, over low heat, whisk together coconut milk and cocoa powder. Once fully incorporated, turn off heat and whisk in chocolate until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa mixture and remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into one large dish or portion into individual dishes/ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mixture is set.
  4. Add desired toppings right before serving.
