Valentine's Day is a great opportunity to gift delicious sweets to those you hold close. Check out these five gluten-free, vegan, and Sprouted Seed- filled recipes to make everyone on your list feel extra special.

1. Chocolate Pomegranate Discs

With only five ingredients and taking only five minutes to make, these chocolate discs are such a breeze. With pomegranate arils, coconut, and our Sprouted Sunflower Seeds, they're not only delicious but also loaded with antioxidants. Plus, they're totally customizable - add whatever toppings you like best! 

2. Chocolate Covered Seed Bites

These Chocolate Covered Seed Bites are truly addictive. The sweet and salty center is a blend of medjool dates and our Sprouted Mixed Seeds, a combination of sprouted sunflower, pumpkin, and watermelon seeds. The center is coated in a rich dark chocolate shell, adding a delicate crunch to surround the soft middle. 



3. Vegan Chocolate Mousse 

A rich and creamy vegan mousse is hard to come by...and one that’s got actual nutritional value is especially rare. Our recipe goes above and beyond by blending our Sprouted Mixed Seeds into the mousse, adding a secret source of plant-based protein while creating a perfectly velvety texture. Because this mousse is sweetened with maple syrup rather than refined sugar, this is a sweet treat that’s lower on the glycemic index than typical alternatives, and the extra protein will prevent this dessert from spiking your blood sugar.
